Jody Richards

B.App.Sci(Pod)., Grad Dip (Pod)., M.A.Pod.A

  • Began practising in Castlemaine 27 years ago after moving across from South Australia.
  • Worked in private practice in Bendigo and Castlemaine over those 27 years.
  • Completed Post Graduate podiatry studies through the University of South Australia in 2001. Specialist courses involved diabetes, biomechanics & sports injuries and paediatrics.
  • Values the importance of further education and regularly attends national conferences and seminars to keep up to date with the ever-changing podiatry world.

  • aging feet
Away from Podiatry Jody's interests are:
  • mother to 3 busy girls
  • netball coaching
  • relaxing with friends

Julie Hallett-Odgers

B.App.Sci(Pod)., M.A.Pod.A, S.M.A

  • Julie has worked continuously as a podiatrist since 1981. 
  • Worked in private practice and hospitals (Awarded a certificate of Long Service from Castlemaine Health).
  • Instigated the "Kinder Foot Check Program" at Castlemaine Health. 
  • One of the first podiatrists in Victoria to practise nail surgery.
  • Regularly attends further education, conferences & seminars.
  • Majority of working life has worked with or employed new graduates and young podiatrists.
Enjoys all aspects of podiatry especially: 
  • development of children's feet
  • orthoses
  • diabetes
  • aging feet
Away from Podiatry Julie's interests are:
  • pilates
  • watercolour painting
